Thoughts On Cross
This artwork is a concrete reflection of my ongoing self-discovery process, as I explore why I create art and the specific elements I choose. The outer layer, made of leather, symbolizes human skin, representing the boundaries that both surround and protect me. The piece reveals my dissatisfaction with the answers I find regarding what my art conveys, illustrating how I challenge my mind in response to these cliché and banal thoughts. Creating art is a journey of self-exploration in search of satisfying answers; in this work, we witness deep reflections of unanswered questions and inner critique.
